I have a bottle of 1996 Eola Hills Sauvgnon Blanc Late harvest. It has been in the Fridge all these years and I rarely move it. I have though, just noticed that there is actually suger crystals starting to loosly clump together. I don't know if this is a bad thing and I should just open this up or can I, or should I just keep it longer. It hasn't been opened for a lack of a good reason...
